    Resep Membuat Tape Ketan Hitam. Saya akan memberikan resep cara membuat tape ketan yang legit dan manis. Pembuatan tape ketan ini memang membutuhkan waktu yang agak lama sekitar 4 hari. Proses pematangan ketan nanti menggunakan ragi tape. Jika nanti sudah jadi, tape ketan bisa digunakan untuk kue madu mongso yang biasanya dibuat saat hari besar ataupun hidangan pada acara pernikahan.
