    Bahan :
    2 ekor ikan tongkol, diambil dagingnya, dipotong
    1.750 ml santan encer
    1 lbr daun kunyit, diikat
    2 sdt garam
    1 ½ sdt gula pasir
    350 gram nangka muda, dipotong-potong
    5 lonjor kacang panjang, dipotong 3 cm
    2 buah asam gelugur -
    250 ml santan kental

    Bumbu halus :
    10 butir bawang merah
    3 siung bawang putih
    4 buah cabai merah keriting
    3 buah cabai merah besar
    2 cm lengkuas
    1 cm jahe
    2 cm kunyit
    4 butir kemiri

    Cara membuat :
    1. Lumuri ikan tongkol dengan 1 sdt air asam. Diamkan 10 menit.
    2. Rebus santan encer, bumbu halus, daun kunyit, garam dan gula pasir sambil diaduk sampai mendidih. Tambahkan nangka. Masak sampai empuk.
    3. Masukkan ikan tongkol, kacang panjang dan asam gelugur. Masak sampai mendidih.
    4. Tuang santan kental. Masak lagi sampai mendidih.
