    Bahan Kulit :
    375 gr tepung ketan
    ½ sdt garam
    300ml santan hangat
    Pasta pandan secukupnya

    Bahan Saus :
    250 ml santan
    ½ sdt garam
    ½ sdm tepung beras

    Bahan Isi :
    200 gr kelapa parut
    100 gr gula merah
    1 sachet vanili
    ½ sdt garam
    200 ml air

    Cara Membuat :
    Isi :
    Campur semua bahan aduk rata, lalu masak diatas kompor hingga kering. Anglkat sisihkan.
    Saus :
    Campur semua bahan, aduk rata, lalu masak hingga kental, angkat sisihkan.
    Kulit :
    Campur semua bahan, aduk hingga kalis, lalu bagi menjadi bulatan sebesar bola pingpong, sisihkan.
    Penyelesaian :
    Ambil satu bulatan kulit, lalu beri bahan isi, lalu bulatkan lagi, lakukan hingga adonan habis.
    Ambil selembar daun pisang, beri satu bulatan adonan, lalu beri bahan saus dua sendok makan, lalu bentuk tum,semat dengan lidi, lakukan hingga selesai.
    Setelah itu kukus hingga matang +- 30 menit.
