    Bahan :
    ½ kg ikan tongkol sisik bagian tengahnya kemudian dibersihkan
    2 cm lengkuas, dimemarkan
    1 btg serai, dimemarkan
    1 lbr daun kunyit diremas lalu disimpul
    3 butir asam kandis
    4 btg daun ruku-ruku
    600 ml air

    Bumbu Dihaluskan:
    1 sdm cabe merah keriting giling (bisa ditambah kalo suka pedas bangeeet)
    8 butir bawang merah
    3 butir bawang putih
    2 butir kemiri
    1 cm jahe
    2 cm kunyit
    3/4 sdm garam
    Penyedap secukupnya (kalo suka)

    Cara membuat:
    Tumis bumbu yang dihaluskan sampai harum Masukkan serai, lengkuas, daun kunyit dan air masak hingga mendidih.
    Terakhir masukan ikan, asam kandis, dan daun ruku-ruku masak kira2 matang. Angkat dan sajikan.
