    Bahan :
    500 gr daging ikan mata besar (ikan kembung) dihaluskan
    500 gr tepung kanji
    2 btg daun bawang, hijaunya saja iris halus
    Santan cair secukupnya ( air biasa juga bisa ) maaf ya kemarin tidak diukur

    Bumbu halus :
    4 butir bawang putih
    1 sdt merica butir
    1 sdt garam
    ¼ sdt vetsin

    Saus kacang :125 gr Kacang tanah goreng
    10 buah cabai merah keriting1 sdm saos pedas2 butir bawang putih 1 sdt garam 1 sdm gula jawa1 sdm kecap manis 500 ml air

    Cara Membuat :
    Siomay :
    Campur daging ikan, kanji, daun bawang dan bumbu halus, aduk rata.
    Tuangkan santan sedikit demi sedikit, hingga adonan bisa dibentuk.
    Didihkan air lalu masukan adonan somay masak sampai terapung, angkat.
    Kemudian somay dikukus, setelah matang benar lalu somay digoreng.sajikan .
    Saus kacang :
    Campur semua bahan saus lalu blender hingga halus masak sampai saus mendidih (matang).
    Sajikan somay dengan saus sambal atau saus kacang dan kecap , hidangkan.
