    Bahan :
    1 ikat kangkung petiki lalu bersihkan
    2 cm lengkuas dimemarkan
    2 lbr daun salam
    5 mata asam jawa + 100ml air panas remas2 lalu saring ambil airnya ( saya pakai asam jawa hitam karna tak ada yang masih muda)

    Bumbu halus :
    3 butir bawang merah
    1 butir bawang putih
    ¼ sdt terasi
    1 sdt garam
    1 ½ sdt gula
    2 buah cabai merah keriting
    Penyedap secukupnya (kalo suka)

    Cara membuat :
    Rebus air beserta lengkuas, daun salam, air asam jawa, dan bumbu sampai mendidih.
    Masukan kangkung dan masak hingga kangkung matang.
    Angkat taruh dalam mangkok dan sajikan.
