    Bahan :
    7 ekor ikan selar segar bersihkan lalu goreng setengah kering (bisa pakai ikan apa saja)
    1 buah tomat hijau potong2
    10-15 buah cabai hijau diuleg kasar
    1 sdt gula
    Air secukupnya

    Bumbu halus :
    4 butir bawang merah
    2 butir bawang putih
    1 sdt garam

    Cara membuat :
    Tumis bumbu halus hingga harum (agak kecoklatan) masukan cabai hijau, tomat, air dan gula aduk rata.
    Terakhir masukan ikan selar siram –siram dengan bumbu lalu biarkan hingga bumbu meresap dan kuah mengental.
    Angkat, siap dihidangkan.
