    Bahan :
    400 gr nagka muda dicincang kecil-kecil lalu kukus hingga empuk.
    100 gr kelapa parut
    1 batang serai digeprek
    3 lembar daun salam
    2 cm lengkuas

    Bumbu halus : di ulek
    2 buah cabe merah.
    3 buah cabe rawit merah.
    4 butir bawang merah.
    2 siung bawang putih.
    ½ sdt terasi.
    2 cm kencur.
    1 mata asam jawa.
    1 sdt gula merah/gula pasir.
    1sdm garam.
    ¼ sdt vetsin.

    Cara membuat :
    Bumbu halus di campur dengan kelapa parut, aduk sampai rata.
    Taruh serai, daun salam, lengkuas, dalam wadah lalu tutup dengan campuran bumbu kelapa parut, lalu kukus sampai matang.

    Penyajian :
    Nagka muda matang dan bumbu kelapa parut yang telah dikukus dicampur jadi satu, aduk sampai merata.. Sajikan dengan sambal kecap dan tempe mendhoan sebagai pelengkapnya.
