    Talas dikupas potong-potong lalu dicuci
    Kelapa parut + garam dikukus

    Cara membuat :
    Talas yang sudah dipotong dan dicuci dikukus sampai matang dan empuk.
    Setelah itu gulingkan ke kelapa parut langsung bisa disantap dech uenak tenan.
