    Bahan :
    1 papan tempe potong bentuk kubus
    Tusuk sate
    Air secukupnya
    1-2 sdm kecap manis
    2 sdm saus sambal abc
    1 lbr daun jeruk
    3 sdm air asam jawa

    Bumbu rendam tempe dihaluskan :
    1 sdt garam
    2 siung bawang putih

    Bumbu halus/diblender :
    250 gr kacang tanah goreng.
    10 buah cabe merah keriting (kalo suka pedes ya)
    2 buah bawang putih.
    1 sdm gula pasir
    1 sdt garam

    Cara membuat :
    -Bumbu rendaman tempe diberi air secukupnya lalu lumuri ke tempe biarkan sebentar supaya meresap. Setelah itu goreng hingga setengah kering, angkat lalu tusuk dengan tusuk sate, sisihkan.
    -Tumis bumbu halus hingga harum lalu masukan daun jeruk, air asam, saus sambal, kecap manis dan air , Masak dengan api sedang, sampai bumbu agak kental.
    -Penyajiannya bisa langsung disajikan dengan bumbu disiramkan ke sate tempe atau sate tempe dicelupkan ke bumbu yang sudah matang lalu dibakar, sajikan dengan sisa bumbu sate.
