    Bahan :
    500 gr pare buang biji iris tipis
    75 gr ikan teri kering
    1 potong tempe ukuran 10 x 10 x 5cm diiris kecil-kecil
    5 buah cabai hijauiris serong
    Bumbu iris :
    3 butir bawang merah
    3 butir bawang putih
    ½ sdt merica
    1 sdm garam
    ½ sdm gula pasir
    1 sachet masako rasa ayam
    3 buah cabai merah
    Cara membuat :
    Tumis bumbu iris sampai harum lalu masukan semua bahan aduk rata. Tambahka air 100ml masak sampai matang. Angkat lalu sajikan.
