    Bahan :
    1 buah nanas kupas potong kecil
    ½ kg papaya potong kotak kecil rendam dg air kapur selama 1 jam angkat lalu cuci
    1 buah labu siam potong kotak kecil rendam air kapur juga
    1 mangkuk nutrijel warna hiaju potong kotak
    ½ kg gula pasir
    1 sachet vanili
    Cara membuat :
    Masak air 1500ml ,gula, vanili, sampai mendidih lalu masukan potongan nanas setelah nenas layu baru masukan labu , papaya , biarkan sebentar lalu angkat.
    Biarkan supaya dingin lalu masukan agar-agar nutrijel , sebelum disajikan simpan dalam lemari es.
