    Resep Cara Membuat Mendol Tempe Enak. Mendol adalah olahan lauk yang terbuat dari bahan tempe yang bagi kaum menengah ke bawah, adalah lauk yang setiap hari selalu ada di menu makan. Sista dapat mengolah tempe dengan membuatnya menjadi mendol tempe yang mempunyai citarasa pedas, manis dan gurih.







    Bahan :

    250 gr tempe kukus tumbuk kasar
    1/4 sendok teh gula pasir
    2 lembar daun jeruk iris
