    Bahan :
    1 kg pindang tongkol di goreng
    1 buah tomat di iris kotak kecil
    1 ½ sdt gula pasir

    Bumbu halus :
    50 gr cabe merah keriting
    6 butir bawang merah
    3 butir bawng putih
    1 sdt garam

    Cara Membuat :
    Tumis bumbu halus hingga harum, masukkan tomat, gula pasir, dan pindang tongkol, aduk rata beri sdikit air, lalu masak hingga bumbu meresap dan air mengering, angkat sajikan.
