    Bahan :
    4 buah mangga mengkal

    Bumbu dihaluskan :
    5 buah cabe rawit
    2 buah Cabai merah
    Terasi
    gula jawa
    garam
    kacang tanah goreng

    Cara membuat :
    Mangga dikupas dan diserut.
    Masukkan bumbu yang diulek ke dalam serutan mangga, aduk sampai rata.
