    Bahan :
    1 Ekor Ikan kembung ukuran besar, bersihkan
    1 buah jeruk nipis
    50 ml Santan kental

    Bumbu Halus:
    1 sdm cabe merah giling (sesuai selera deh)
    6 butir bawang merah
    2 butir bawang putih
    1 cm jahe
    2 cm kunyit
    2 cm lengkuas
    10 cm serai
    Garam

    Cara membuat :
    Lumuri Ikan dengan air jeruk , campur bumbu halus dengan santan lalu Balur ke seluruh bagian ikan .Diamkan kira-kira 30 menit.
    Bakar sampai matang sambil dioleskan sisa bumbu yang ada.
    Sajikan dengan sambal kecap.
