    Bahan Tumisan Ayam :
    ½ kg ayam, direbus lalu cincang kecil (sisihkan airnya untuk kaldu)
    1 buah bawang Bombay, iris kotak kecil.
    1 liter air
    1 batang daun bawang iris halus
    3 – 4 sdm kecap manis


    Bumbu Halus Ayam :
    3 butir bawang putih
    6 butir bawang merah
    ½ sdt merica bubuk
    1 batang serai
    ½ sdt kunyit halus
    2 cm jahe
    1 sdt ketumbar bubuk
    4 butir kemiri
    ¼ sdt penyedap


    Bahan Kuah :
    1 liter air sisa rebusan ayam
    ½ sdt bawang putih halus
    1 sdt garam
    ¼ sdt merica bubuk
    1 sdt masako rasa ayam


    Bahan Pelengkap :
    Mie direbus ( bisa pakai mie instant)
    Sawi direbus
    Sambal cabai rawit direbus
    Saus sambal
    Kecap manis


    Cara Membuat :


    Tumisan Ayam :

    Tumis bumbu halus ayam hingga harum, lalu masukan bawang Bombay, daun bawang, ayam cincang, kecap manis dan air. Lalu masak hingga matang ( air berkurang setengahnya). Angkat sisihkan.

    Bahan Kuah :
    Tumis Bawang putih hingga harum, lalu tuangi air, beri garam merica dan masako, masak hingga air mendidih.


    Penyajian:
    Susun dimangkok mie rebus, sawi rebus, dan tumisan ayam (beri satu sendok syur kuah tumisan ayam )lalu beri kaldu, sajikan dengan saus sambal, kecap manis dan sambal cabe rawit.
