    Bahan :
    1 buah sukun matang, kupas, iris tipis
    tepung beras secukupnya
    tepung terigu secukupnya
    garam, vanili, air secukupnya

    Cara Membuat :
    Campur tepung beras, tepung terigu, garam, vanili, lalu tuangi air sedikit-demi sedikit hingga adonan agak encer. Panaskan minyak goreng lalu celupkan potongan sukun lalu goreng hingga matang, sajikan.
