    Bahan:
    3 buah terong ungu dibelah menjadi 2
    100 gr bumbu pecel instant
    Air secukupnya

    Cara membuat :
    Tumis bumbu pecel sampai harum lalu masukan air aduk hingga rata.
    Setelah itu masukan potongan terong masak hingga terong matang dan bumbu mengental, angkat dinginkan .
    Kemudian terong dibakar diatas wajan Teflon, taruh terong dalam wadah lalu siram dengan sisa bumbu diatasnya
