    Bahan :
    1 kg singkong diiris bulat tipis
    1 sendok teh kapur sirih
    50 gr gula pasir (bisa ditambahin tergantung selera)
    minyak goreng

    Bumbu halus/diblender :
    3 butir bawang merah
    1 sdt cuka ( saya tidak pakai) kata pedagang direngat cuka bikin keras keripik
    4 siung bawang putih (20 gr)
    Garam (1 sdt )
    100 gr cabe merah halus (beli di pedagang bumbu padang)
    5 buah cabe merah keriting
    ¼ sdt vetsin (kalo suka)
    .
    Cara membuat :
    Irisan singkong di rendam dalam air kapur sirih selama 1/2 jam.
    Tiriskan irisan singkong, cuci sampai bersih.
    Goreng irisan singkong dalam minyak panas hingga terendam. Aduk terus supaya tidak melekat satu sama lain sampai kering, angkat lalu tiriskan.
    Tumis bumbu halus sampai harum, masukan gula pasir masak sampai bumbu kental.
    Setelah matang masukkan cuka dan dinginkan.
    Campurkan sambal dengan keripik singkong hingga tercampur rata, siap disajikan
