    Bahan:
    ½ kg ikan lele ukuran sedang, bersihkan, kerat badannya


    Bumbu Perendam halus:
    1 sdt ketumbar
    3 siung bawang putih
    1 sdm garam
    2 cm kunyit
    1 sdm air jeruk nipis
    -Bumbu perendam dihaluskan/diblender sampai halus lalu diberi air kira-kira 100 ml

    Sambal pecel lele :
    6 buah cabe merah besar
    10 buah cabe rawit tua
    6 buah cabe keriting
    1 buah tomat ukuran besar
    2 siung bawang merah
    2 sdt gula putih/gula merah
    1 sdt garam
    3 sdt terasi matang
    1 jeruk limau untuk perasan
    Vetsin secukupnya kalo suka
    -Semua cabai,tomat,bawang merah di rebus sampai matang,tiriskan, lalu bersama gula, garam, terasi dihaluskan bisa diuleg atau diblender tambahkan perasan jeruk limau (bisa langsung disajikan). Atau bisa juga versi ini :Panaskan minyak goreng kira-kira 2 sdm masukan sambal lalu tambahkan air 50 ml masak sampai kental.

    Bahan Pelengkap:
    Timun
    Daun kemangi
    Kol
    Tahu goreng

    Cara Membuat:
    1. Rendam lele dengan larutan bumbu perendam. Biarkan beberapa menit agar bumbu meresap. 2. Panaskan minyak, goreng lele hingga matang dan kering. Angkat, tiriskan.
    3. Penyajian: Siapkan piring saji, atur lele, sambal dan bahan pelengkap. Siap di Hidangkan.
