    Bahan :
    200 gr udang dibuang kepala bersihkan lalu blender
    350 gr kelapa parut yang muda
    3 buah cabai merah diuleg kasar

    Bumbu halus:
    1 sdt ketumbar
    1 btg serai ambil putihnya saja
    3 buah bawang putih
    7 butir bawang merah
    2 cm lengkuas
    4 butir kemiri
    1 sdm air asam jawa
    1 sdm garam
    1 sdm gula pasir
    ¼ sdt vetsin

    Cara membuat:
    Campur udang yang sudah dihaluskan dengan kelapa parut, cabai merah uleg dan bumbu halus aduk –aduk sampai tercampur rata . siapkan selembar daun pisang lalu ambil 2 sdm bahan adonan lalu bungkus dan semat pakai tusuk gigi lalu kukus kurang lebih 25 menit hingga matang.
