  • Bahan :
    Kacang panjang potong 10 cm lalu rebus hingga matang
    Tauge seduh dengan air panas
    Kelapa parut segar (atau bisa disangrai )

    Bahan sambal :
    15 buah cabai merah keriting (bisa direbus dulu)
    2 butir bawang merah (bisa direbus dulu)
    1 sdt terasi
    1 sdt garam (disesuaikan selera)
    1 sdt gula merah (disesuaikan selera)
    ¼ sdt vetsin
    1 sdt air asam jawa

    Cara membuat :
    Bahan sambal diuleg dicobek sampai halus lalu tambahkan kelapa parut uleg lagi sampai tercampu rata.
    Setelah itu masukan kacang panjang dan tauge uleg biar meresap bumbunya.
    Angkat dan siap disajikan.
