    RESEP TUMIS IKAN KEUMAMAH MASAKAN KHAS ACEH

    Bahan dan Bumbu :

    • 500 gram ikan tongkol kering (ikan kayu/ keumamah), suwir-suwir
    • garam secukupnya
    • air perasan jeruk nipis
    • 8 buah cabai hijau, belah dua
    • 500 gram kentang, potong-potong
    • 10 buah asam sunti
    • 3 buah belimbing wuluh, potong-potong
    • 5 butir bawang merah, iris
    • 8 lembar daun kari/ salam koja
    • 150 ml santar dari ½ butir kelapa
    • 5 sdm minyak untuk menumis
    Haluskan :
    • 7 butir bawang merah
    • 3 siung bawang putih
    • 1 sdt ketumbar
    • 15 buah cabai rawit
    • 5 buah cabai merah
    • 1 sdt kunyit bubuk
    CARA MEMBUAT TUMIS IKAN KEUMAMAH KHAS ACEH :
    1. Campur ikan denagn air jeruk nipis, sedikit garam dan bumbu halus, aduk rata.
    2. Panaskan minyak, tumis bawang merah dan daun kari hingga harum. Masukkan ikan dengan bumbunya bersama cabai hijau, kentang, asam sunti dan belimbing wuluh, aduk.
    3. Tuangkan santan, masak dengan api sedang hingga matang dan bumbu meresap. Angkat dan hidangkan.
