    RESEP SATE KOMOH SURABAYA

    Bahan dan Bumbu :
    • 300 gr daging sapi lulur dalam/ has dalam
    • 2 gelas santan kelapa kental
    • 50 cc minyak goreng
    • 1 btg Serai
    • daun Jeruk
    • daun Salam
    • 10 btg tusuk sate
    Haluskan :
    • 1 sdt garam
    • 1 sdt tumbar dan Jinten
    • 5 butir bawang merah
    • 2 siung bawang putih
    • 1 ruas jari lengkuas
    • 5 buah cabe lombok merah
    • gula secukupnya
    • air asam secukupnya
    CARA MEMBUAT SATE KOMOH SURABAYA :
    1. Daging dicuci bersih. lalu dipotong dadu ukuran kurang lebih 3×3 cm.
    2. Panaskan minyak lalu tumis bumbu halus beserta serai, daun jeruk dan daun salam hingga harum.  Masukkan daging yang sudah dipotong-potong, ungkep sampai lunak, tambahkan santan, rebus sampai kental.
    3. Ambil sebagian kuahnya, saring dan rebus sampai kental untuk membuat saus.
    4. Daging terus direbus sampai kering, Angkat dan tiriskan. Kemudian tusuk dengan tusuk sate, panggang sampai harum. Angkat.
    5. Siapkan pinggan saji, tata sate lalu tuangi dengan saus.
