    Bahan: 6 btr telur diceplok
    2 lbr daun salam
    minyak goreng secukupnya

    Bumbu tumbuk kasar:
    200 gr cabai merah besar
    8 bh bawang merah
    6 siung bawang putih
    1 buah tomat
    1 sdt garam
    gula pasir secukupnya (vetsin)

    Cara membuat:
    Panaskan 4 sdm minyak, tumis bumbu bersama daun salam sampai harum, masak sampai matang. , aduk sebentar, masukkan telur,tambahkan air 50ml aduk masak sebentar, angkat dan sajikan.sumber inspirasi di ambil dari tabloid nova
