    Bahan:
    1100 ml santan yang sedang
    250 gr tepung beras
    50 gr tepung tapioka
    200 gr gula pasir
    1/2 sdt garam
    pasta pandan secukupnya
    1 sachet vanili
    4 butir nangka potong kotak kecil

    Cara:
    1. Rebus santan, garam, vanili,gula pasir hingga mendidih,Biarkan hingga dingin.
    2. Taruh dalam wadah tepung beras dan tepung tapioca aduk rata kemudian masukan rebusan santan aduk sampai tercampur rata.
    3. Bagi 2 adonan tsb sama rata yang satu beri warna hijau yang satunya biarkan tetap putih, adonan putih beri irisan nangka.
    4. Siapkan dandang Panaskan hingga air mendidih.taruh loyang ukuran 20 cm yang dioles minyak goreng dan dialas plastik. Masukan ke kukusan.
    5. ambil 2 sendok sayur adonan putih. tuang ke loyang. tutup kukusan, masak kira-kira 3 menit lalu tambahkan 2 sedonk sayur adonan hijau. tuang ke atas lapisan putih, masak lagi seperti diatas lakukan bergantian hingga adonan habis. terakhir kukus selama 25 menit.angkat dan dinginkan.
