    Bahan kulit :
    120gr tepung ketan
    ¼ sdt garam
    110cc santan cair hangat +pasta pandan secukupnya
    Bahan isi:
    50 gr gula merah
    ½ sdt garam
    ¼ sdt vanili
    50 gr kelapa parut yg muda
    1 lbr daun pandan
    Bahan saus:
    300ml santan
    ½ sdt garam
    ½ sdt gula pasir
    30 gr tepung hunkwe
    Cara membuat:
    Tahap 1 : isi: masak gula merah dengan 3 sdm air sampai cair lalu masukan kelapa parut , vanili, daun pandan, dan garam, aduk2 sampai adonan isi bisa dibentuk, dinginkan lalu bentuk bulat kecil.
    Tahap 2: kulit: campur tepung ketan ,garam sambil diuleni dengan santan hangat aduk2 sampai bisa dibentuk.
    Tahap3: ambil adonan kulit 1 sdm lalu isi dengan adonan kelapa bulatkan masukan ke dalam air mendidih ,setelah terapung angkat dan masukan pada air dingin yang telah matang. Sisihkan.
    Tahap 4: saus: campur santan, garam, gula pasir, dan tepung hunkwe aduk supaya tepung larut kemudian masak sampai meletup-letup. Sisihkan.
    Tahap 5: ambil 1 lembar plastic taruh 1 bulatan adonan lalu beri 2 sdm saus lipat seperti nagasari, siap utk disajikan.
