    Bahan :
    2 ikat kacang panjang potong 3 cm
    8 buah tahu digoreng sebentar
    1000 ml santan
    2 lbr daun salam
    2 cm lengkuas dimemarkan
    1 btg serai dimemarkan
    10 buah cabai rawir yang tua diiris halus ( dipakai kalo suka pedas)


    Bumbu halus:
    6 butir bawang merah
    4 butir bawang putih
    3 buah kemiri
    1 sdt ketumbar
    1 sdt merica
    2 cm kunyit
    1 sdt gula pasir atau 1 ½ sdt gula merah
    garam secukupnya (2 sdt garam)
    penyedap rasa ayam (optional)

    Cara membuat :
    Tumis bumbu halus, cabai rawit, daun salam, lengkuas, dan serai sampai harum lalu tuangkan santan masak sampai mendidih.
    Terakhir masukan kacang panjang dan tahu aduk lalu masak sampai semua bahan matang.
    Hidangkan dengan ditaburi bawang goreng.
