    Bahan :
    ½ kg ikan kembung buang insang dan kotorannya lalu cuci bersih
    2 btg serai digeprek
    2 cm lengkuas digeprek
    3 lbr daun salam
    3 sdm minyak goreng
    6-8 mata asam jawa
    Air secukupnya

    Bumbu halus :
    3 butir bawang putih
    3 butir bawang merah
    1 sdm garam
    Penyedap secukupnya (bisa diganti gula)

    Cara membuat :
    Panaskan minyak lalu tumis bumbu halus sampai harum lalu masukan serai, lengkuas, daun salam, asam jawa, dan air lalu aduk hingga rata.
    Setelah itu tata ikan dengan potongan daun pisang dan tambahkan air hingga ikan tenggelam lalu masak sampai ikan matang dan air tinggal 1/4nya.
    Angkat sajikan dengan sisa kuahnya (bisa juga digoreng).
