    Bahan:
    500 gr ayam
    1 buah jeruk nipis, ambil airnya
    1 btg serai,digeprek
    1.5 lt air
    3 lembar daun jeruk
    2 lbr daun salam
    2 cm lengkuas digeprek
    2 sdm minyak sayur untuk menumis
    daun bawang iris halus


    Bumbu halus:
    4 butir bawang putih
    4 butir bawang merah
    1/2 sdt merica
    3 cm kunyit
    4 butir kemiri
    1 sdm garam
    1 sdt gula pasir

    Bahan pelengkap :
    Sohun, rebus matang
    kol, iris halus
    Tauge rebus
    Daun seledri iris halus
    sate telur puyuh
    jeruk nipis
    sambal cabe rawit
    Bawang goreng


    Cara membuat:
    1. Cuci ayam, lumuri dengan air jeruk nipis, biarkan 15 menit, cuci, tiriskan
    2. Rebus ayam dalam 1.5 lt air, bersama serai, daun jeruk, lengkuas, garam, dan gula, sampe ayam empuk
    3. Angkat ayam, lalu goreng ayam hingga kekuningan, suwir2. Sisihkan. Kecilkan api, air sisa rebusan untuk kuah.
    4. Tumis bumbu halus sampe harum dan berubah warna, masukkan ke dalam kuah beserta daun bawang, masak kuah hingga mendidih.
    5. Penyajian: Tata sohun, kol, tauge, ayam suwir,daun seledri, telur pada mangkuk. Siram dengan kuah panas. Taburi bawang goreng dan jeruk nipis. Sajikan, jika suka dibubuhi sambal cabe dan kecap manis.
