    Bahan :
    1 sisir pisang batu (kepok) yang sudah matang iris tipis
    300 gr tepung terigu
    ¼ sdt gula pemanis buatan (bisa pakai gula bubuk)
    350-450 ml air (jangan dimasukan semua lihat kekentalan adonan)
    3 sdm margarine
    ½ sdt garam
    5 sdm wijen

    Cara membuat :
    Campur terigu dan mentega lalu aduk-aduk sampai rata.
    Tambahkan gula, garam dan tuang air sedikit sedikit sambil diaduk aduk
    Masukkan wijen aduk lagi.. sampai adonan tercampur rata.
    Siapkan wajan Teflon dengan diberi 1 sdt minyak lalu panaskan dan wajan biasa dengan dituangi minyak yang banyak lalu panaskan.
    Celupkan pisang ke tepung lalu susun diwajan Teflon sampai setengah matang lalu baru masukan ke wajan yang satunya,
    Goreng sampai kekuningan, angkat dan tiriskan.
