    Bahan:
    50 gr tepung hunkwe
    450 ml santan
    ½ sdt garam
    75 gr gula pasir
    1 buah jagung manis dipipil (120 gr jagung pipil)
    Plastik untuk membungkus (bisa pakai cetakan agar-agar)


    Cara membuat:
    Jagung diblender dengan sedikit santan sampai halus.
    Campur tepung hunkwe, santan, garam, gula pasir, dan jagung manis yang telah diblender aduk rata.
    Kemudian masak sambil diaduk-aduk sampai meletup-letup.
    Ambil selembar plastik (cetakan agar) beri adonan lalu Bungkus, sajikan dingin.
