    Bahan :
    500 gr bandeng dipotong2 lalu dibersihkan
    1 sdm kecap manis

    Bumbu A :
    1 sdm ketumbar
    3 cm kunyit tua
    3 siung bawang putih
    1 sdm garam
    ¼ sdt vetsin
    50 ml air

    Bumbu yang dihaluskan/diblender :
    10 buah cabe merah
    5 butir bawang merah
    3 siung bawang putih
    2 cm jahe
    4 butir kemiri
    1 buah tomat merah
    1 sdt garam
    ½ sdt gula pasir

    Cara Membuat:
    Lumuri ikan dengan bumbu A diamkan sebentar supaya bumbu meresap, kemudian goreng dengan minyak panas hingga matang kecoklatan, angkat, tiriskan.
    Tumis bumbu yang dihaluskan hingga harum kemudian masukkan kecap manis dan 100 ml air masak hingga air agak berkurang .
    Masukkan ikan bandeng masak hingga bumbu menyerap, Angkat.
    Siap untuk disajikan.
